1. Camera
Shrimpodoro uses your front camera only while you are on the squat screen. Apple's on-device Vision framework finds body points in each frame to count squats. Frames are processed in memory, then discarded. We never record, save, or upload camera video or images, and we never see them.
2. Data that stays on your device
Your pomodoro history, squat counts, tomatoes, stamps, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. We have no server copy. Deleting the app deletes this data.
3. Data sent to service providers
- Apple — App Store distribution and payments. We never see your payment details.
- RevenueCat — checks whether you have Pro and restores purchases. It receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from Apple.
- PostHog — anonymous product analytics, such as "pomodoro started", "squats finished", or "paywall shown", plus the app version, device type, and language. There is no name, email, or camera data, no session replay, and no advertising tracking.
- Sentry — crash and performance reports, with device, OS, and app diagnostics.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
4. Notifications
Pomodoro reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. No push server is involved.
5. Website and waitlist
If you join the waitlist on this website, your email and the link you came from (for example, a TikTok video) are stored in Tally. We use your email only to send one launch email, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.
6. Your choices
You can deny camera access and still use the timer. Squats can be skipped, and a skipped round gives you a black tomato. To ask about or delete analytics or waitlist data, email ianloe666@gmail.com.
7. Children
Shrimpodoro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

1. 摄像头
只有在深蹲页面时才使用前置摄像头。App 通过苹果系统自带的 Vision 框架在手机本地识别身体关键点来计数。画面只在内存中处理，处理完即丢弃。我们不录制、不保存、不上传任何画面，也看不到这些画面。
2. 只保存在你设备上的数据
番茄记录、深蹲次数、番茄、邮票和设置都只保存在你的 iPhone 上，我们的服务器没有副本。删除 App 就会删除这些数据。
3. 发送给服务商的数据
- Apple：负责 App 分发和支付。我们看不到你的支付信息。
- RevenueCat：判断你是否已开通 Pro、帮你恢复购买。它会收到一个匿名用户 ID，以及苹果提供的购买记录。
- PostHog：匿名使用统计，比如“开始番茄”“完成深蹲”“看到付费页”，以及 App 版本、机型和语言。不含姓名、邮箱或摄像头数据，没有录屏，也没有广告追踪。
- Sentry：崩溃和性能报告，包含设备、系统和 App 的诊断信息。
我们不出售你的数据，也不用它在其他公司的 App 或网站上追踪你。
4. 通知
番茄提醒是在手机本地安排的通知，不经过推送服务器。
5. 网站与候补名单
如果你在本网站登记候补名单，你的邮箱和来源链接（例如某条 TikTok 视频）会保存在 Tally。我们只会用这个邮箱发一封上线通知邮件，你可以随时要求删除。网站托管在 Vercel 上，Vercel 会保留常规的服务器日志。
6. 你的选择
拒绝摄像头权限也可以继续用番茄钟。深蹲可以跳过，跳过的那一轮会得到一颗黑番茄。如需查询或删除统计数据、候补名单数据，请发邮件到 ianloe666@gmail.com。
7. 儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集他们的个人信息。
8. 变更
本政策如有变更，我们会更新本页面和上方的生效日期。
